Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all workshops. Please familiarise yourself with these before registration.

Acknowledgement and confirmation

Registrations cannot be processed without payment. Once processed an Acknowledgement and Tax invoice email will be sent to the nominated email address. Final confirmation and information for the event will be sent via email two (2) business days prior to the event start date. If you do not receive an Acknowledgement or Final confirmation email please call us on 1800 728 589 to confirm your registration has been processed.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be provided in writing a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the event start date. Refunds may not be available for cancellations received within seven (7) days of the event start date, or for non-attendance. Send details to education@agedcarequality.gov.au.

Transfer and substitution of registrations

Transferring or substitution of your registration to another participant will be accepted when provided in writing prior to the event start date. To request a transfer or substitution the full name and contact details of the new participant must be provided in writing at least 2 hours prior to the event. One transfer or substitution is permissible at no charge. Send details to education@agedcarequality.gov.au.

Privacy

We may use your information to send you details about other programs or events. You may also be contacted to tell us more about your experiences, needs and expectations as part of our continuous improvement program. If you do not want us to use your information for that purpose, or you do not agree to these terms and conditions please contact us via email at education@agedcarequality.gov.au.

Material

The copyright of the material in the workshop is and will remained the property of the Commission. Any material is not to be reproduced, copied or distributed without the prior written consent of the Commission.
